 | To help note our Club's 50th year of service members are asked to participate in a "50 Pairs of Socks for the Homeless" drive. At the club meeting on January 28, member Barry Pace explained the need for winter socks for homeless adults. Barry will collect socks at the meeting of the club on February 11. Barry will then take the socks to the Beacon. The Beacon is a comprehensive day resource center for people experiencing homelessness in Dane County. The organization helps over 125 individuals a day, 365 days a year. Let's support the Beacon by donating a minimum of 50 pairs of socks. The socks can be new or clean and in good condition pre-worn socks. Let's not just talk about our 50 years, let's join together and take action to serve others in our 50th year! |  |
