The 2020 Silent Auction Committee thanks you for your generosity and involvement. We have received over 50 auction items. Most of the items will be sold individually while some will be mixed in a basket display. We should have over 30 auction bid items. If your item/name does not appear below, please contact a member of the committee so the mistake can be corrected.
Our auction this year is intended to be “Covid friendly” and therefore on-line only. Anyone can bid from anywhere so please pass on the auction website when you get the registration information in the next week to 10 days after we load the auction items to the site. The auction will begin Monday, August 17 through Monday, August 24, 2020.
That said we need anyone from the club (or friend of club) who is willing to be a Help Desk “organizer”. The organizer is available via your smartphone to answer bidder questions during the entire auction period no matter the location of the organizer. An organizer can go to the site https://www.32auctions.com/MWT-MRotaryClubFoundation and review FAQ’s and become familiar with the site.
