The Board voted prior to and at its 2/16 meeting to make the following changes to the Club's Bylaws:Due to the negative impact of COVID on Club engagement and attendance, for the Rotary 2022-2023 year, the Board will consist of nine people, rather than thirteen. The Board for the 2022-2023 year will be President, President-Elect, Past President, Treasurer, Secretary, as well as Avenue Chairs of Club Service, Vocational Service, International Service, and Community Service. We will return to the full thirteen-person Board as soon as possible, but no later than July 2023.
A motion to accept the by-law change was made by Jeannine Desautels and seconded Barry Pace. The motion passed.
At our Club Annual Meeting, the members in attendance voted to accept the slate of new Board members:
