Members use the newsletter to invite guests, keep up to date and prepare for the next meeting. That means it would be most advantageous if the newsletter is out by Wednesday noon --- I would post with this "announcement" that means anything that needs to be included in the newsletter - needs to get to the editor by Monday night.
