| The Golf Outing was a significant item at Tuesday’s Board Meeting. After discussion, we have decided to proceed with the event. President Steve Aune sent out an email earlier this week on precautions and background on our discussions. |
Our MWT-M Golf Outing is scheduled for August 24, 2020. The Silent Auction Committee asks all members to donate to the auction. Here are a few ideas to get your creative juices flowing:
- Anything sports related, especially golf.
- Dog Basket: treats, lighted leash, furminator brush, dental bones, dog toys, dog bed etc.
- Family Game Night: Jenga, Uno, deck of cards, Sorry, Battleship, Checkers, Scrabble etc.
- Small mini bottles of booze (committee will create the display)
- Martini Time: gin, martini utensils, martini glasses, serving tray, ice bucket
- Pasta Night: colander, various pastas, pasta sauce, bottles of wine
- Moscow Mule Fixins: including Tito’s vodka, straws, copper cups, Meyers ginger Beer 8. Gently used books for the Isolation days/nights/weeks/ months.
- Tackle box of fishing necessities for first-timers (youth as well as adults). We have the fishing rod but need the supplements.
Committee members will pick up your donations when ready. If you’d prefer to “sponsor” one of these suggestions but don’t have the time to shop, simply donate an amount to a committee member and the committee will do the shopping. (Suggested amount $50 minimum)
