At its meeting on Wednesday, the Board approved moving forward with live meetings effective June 18. The member survey showed the vast majority of members are eager to meet again. The meetings will combine a live, in-person element with the capability to join via Zoom. We’re working out the details and buying some equipment to make the process a smooth one. Kevin Moran and Dean Ryerson have been doing the heavy lifting on this, guided by an informational handout from Rotary International.

The meeting place is Serendipity Labs, a co-working facility on the sixth floor of the Johnson Bank Building at 525 Junction Road (right next to Panera Bread). We’re in the SOUTH TOWER. Parking is easy and undercover. We’re doing this on a month-to-month basis right now, but it may lead to a long-term arrangement. The space will be ample. We’re going to do the first two in-person meetings without food, just to make sure we have the basic logistics in place. Feel free to bring something to eat on your own.

Our meeting place is circled in red on this map. 6th floor. For parking, follow the blue arrow on the map to underground parking. Go left once you enter the ramp. Parking is free; park in any unassigned spot. Go to the covered walkway to enter the building and grab the elevator to the sixth floor.
