Please help me find 2-3 volunteers to help drive RYE Students to/from Madison to Brookfield, WI for the Grand Rapids Conference in July!
Drivers would be reimbursed for their gas (they will get cash). Drivers with Mini-Vans are preferred. Just to give you more information….We are sharing a bus with District 6270 (Eastern-Wisconsin) and we meet the bus in Brookfield.
My challenge is to get all the kids to Brookfield to catch the bus by 8:30 am on Thursday morning. It would be very helpful if we could get volunteers to help car-pool the kids to and from the various pick up spots along the way.
We are looking for 1-2 drivers to transport RYE students from Madison on Thursday, July 10 at 7:30 am and bring them to the Brookfield Stop by 8:30 am (stopping in Johnson Creek). We are also looking for drivers to pick up RYE students on SUNDAY, July 13 in Brookfield at 2:10 pm and transport them to Madison by 3:10 pm.

From the Friendship Committee on behalf of the club:
Please let Bill know of any events or special situations where the committee would be able to send a card or friendly reminder to appear in our bulletin..
Please contact Laurie Ellis-McLeod at 556-5411 or lemcleod@AERIEpfg.com to arrange a time to meet during July and August. The interview scheduling will be ongoing until all members have been interviewed and featured! Thank you for your enthusiasm and support of this project!!
Laurie will be contacting each person to interview you and then will print a brief feature story about each of our members-- Please contact her if you'd like to name a specific time that works best for you!
Our club is NOT sending any students out this year. We need to encourage and increase awareness of our Outbound exchange program. It is THE BEST high school exchange program in the world. If you know of any high school student between the ages of 15-18, that might be interested in living abroad for one year, please forward this flyer to them.
Notara Farm Horse Driving Trial July 5th 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Changing of the Guards Ceremony is July 11th (at our normal Rotary meeting)
District 6250 Governor Dave Warren will be at our meeting on July 25th. He will meet with the Board of Directors at 11:00 am and he will be our Featured Speaker at our regular meeting that day.
If you are involved with a service project AND have approve expenses related to the project, please complete a check request form for reimbursement before the end of June. We want to capture all the costs associated with our projects in this Rotary Year 2013-14. The fiscal year closes June 30, 2014.
Please use this form and get the appropriate approvals BEFORE submitting the check request to the treasurer. This form can be downloaded from our website: www.mwt-mrotaryclub.org. This form is on the bottom left hand corner of the home page.
