Golf Outing Help Still Needed!
Posted on Aug 13, 2020
Our biggest annual fundraiser could still use your help!  Please consider signing up for a few hours to assist selling mulligans, raffle tickets, and string.  Or maybe the putting contest would be more fun for you to manage!  We are requiring distancing, masks and will provide gloves so we can stay safe.  Please contact Mary Van Hout at  maryevanhout@gmail.com to sign up to volunteer.  Thanks!!

Online Auction Headed for Home Stretch!
Posted on Aug 13, 2020
Most of the auction donations have been delivered and the committee has been busy creating display baskets and photo shoots for the online auction. We currently have 42 auction displays. Thank you to everyone who has participated.

We are still in need of a few brave souls (I have 2 now, one in Chicago and one in Florida) to act as helpers for bidders during the auction from August 17 to 24. You just need to have your cell phone handy for questions via calls, texts, or emails.

We also need a few volunteers to help deliver the auction items to the winning bidders. This activity will be from August 25 – August 28. Please let Ruth know if you can help out (608-444-6060). Your Silent Auction Committee: Abby Benbow, Jeannine Desautels, Deb Dieter, Ruth Domack, Leo Edelstein

Thank You Your Donations!!
