MEMBERSHIP CARD COST - BUY TWO GET ONE FREE

The membership Card is $10.00. The purchase of the Membership Card automatically enters you into the Basketball Slam Game. By purchasing two membership cards you get a FREE TICKET ONLINE! GREEN BEE SAVINGS CLUB

Take advantage of the nationwide offers including Restaurant.com certificate offers Go Online to www.greenbeesavingsclub.com Your savings club membership is valid online until August 31, 2020.

FILL OUT STUB

Ticket holders must PRINT LEGIBLY their name, address, and telephone number on the stub. Stubs must be returned to your organization by MARCH 20, 2020.

TEAMS

There are 24 teams used for the purpose of this fundraiser. The ticket holder scratches off the box on the front of the ticket to reveal their 4 teams for the entire tournament. Team codes are listed on the back of the ticket. If any team(s) does not make it into the tournament, a replacement team will be assigned and posted at www.basketballsweeps.com on March 16, 2020.

PRIZES

$500 Total Cash Prizes will be awarded. Scores of all 4-team combinations are added together and compared to determine prizes. HIGHEST and LOWEST 4-Team totals wm prizes! It makes no difference in how many games your 4-teams play, or whether teams win or lose. In case of ties, prizes are combined and split. 

WINNERS

Winning tickets are posted after the tournament is over on April 8, 2020. Prizes are mailed out to the winners. Winners do not need to claim a prize.

CHECK RESULTS

Scores will be posted online after each round of the tournament. The final results will be posted by April 8, 2020.
