"Giving the Gift of Sight"

"Giving the Gift of Sight" through Corneal Transplants is part of the Lions

Club International mission. The Lions Eye Bank of Wisconsin provides corneal

tissue for transplants throughout Wisconsin and the world. Rick Daluge, a Past

District Governor for the Lions and former Dean of the UW School of Agriculture,

will explain to us how volunteer drivers of the Wisconsin Lions Clubs transport

recovered and transplant-ready tissue around the state, as well as a bit about the

transplant process.
