Budget - 2022-2023 - Our members recall that we previously held our meetings at the Zor Shrine building here in West Madison. However, that is no longer an option, and indeed, meeting spaces at this time are limited. Serendipity Labs has provided us a good space, good tech capabilities, great parking/location and potential for catering. So it works for us and we are committed to this space through at least June of 2023. However, reality is that Zor cost us $200/month; we were paying $300 for Serendipity labs last year but are now paying $400/month.

The board reviewed this financial obligation and felt it appropriate to add $5/month per member to cover our meeting room expenses starting Oct 1, 2022. That will be an additional total of $45/member for this year.

We will review this proposal with our annual budget for next year.
