Our inbound Exchange Student told us of her adventures in the States. She went on breathlessly (with pictures) … Eagle River, Milwaukee, Chinatown, Halloween, Chicago, Thanksgiving, Devil’s Lake, Galena, the Mississippi, Christmas, the University of Minnesota, the Mall of America, Birkebeiner skiing, Florida and the Keys, corn maze, Miller Park and the Brewers, tennis, homecoming, prom, tacos, school at Memorial (cooking classes, gym, guitar, basketball, softball), the Capitol, and lots of Rotary meetings and other events. She leaves shortly for a swing through the West Coast. A sweet young lady, whose English has made great strides. A pleasure to hear her talk about her experiences. |  |
